Do you find the title of the article catchy or even close to it? For me it is indeed catchy...I wish i can think of titles like this in the future hehe..

Anyways, I didn't know that the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) wrote an article regarding the embassy's visit here in Phitsanulok.

Here's the picture that was uploaded on their website.

Visit From The Embassy

Sunday, October 31, 2010

Two days ago, October 30, 2010 at Topland Hotel Plaza, the Philippine Embassy in Thailand headed by HE Lingling Lacanlale visited the Filipino Community in Phitsanulok. It was one of the embassy's way to help all Pinoys not just in Pitsanulok, but to the entire kingdom as well regarding visa related issues, OEC, OWWA, etc.

Me and Letty hosted the event with no practice whatsoever, so any COMMENTS you have now, no matter how rude will be accepted lol. Well, for the most part it went well. We didn't do much of the talking anyway. Different questions were raised and answered. Problems were solved, and vague information were clarified. The newly elected officers of P'lok Pinoyz  were also inducted headed by the President Ms. Leah Doysabas.
The embassy will visit yet another province sometime soon to help more Pinoys in other important matters. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Philippine Embassy in Thailand for going above and beyond the call of duty. Way to go Philippines!

We Are Back!

Monday, October 18, 2010

Teachers in Phitsanulok and the entire Kingdom of Thailand enjoyed the term break that lasted two weeks for the others, while three weeks for some. Well, there are couple more who are still on vacation. Our contributors Teacher Letty is enjoying the bustling city of Hongkong, while Teacher Cheryl and Teacher Joy are celebrating their Philippine homecoming party hehe.

I wonder if Teacher Enzo was having a difficulty lifting this?
Teacher Enzo on the other hand had a blast exploring the beaches and natural wonders of the south. Check out his facebook page. Lots of pictures.... Hurry! While these people experienced enjoyment, I did too. Though the level of happiness might not be at par with them (they visited a different place huhuh), at least i did not spend money (i didnt have money for the trip anyway, lol). Anyways, the second semester in my school started yesterday. I got four different subjects to teach, and three different subjects to learn for my study. Lot of work, huh?

Additionally, I would like to congratulate our dear friend Shane who got married last Saturday in Sakon Nakorn. May you guys live happily ever after! A fairytale type of thing? Yeah, but that comes from the inside. God bless you more..
